Workforce Insight is closely monitoring the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) as it continues to affect clients, employees and organizations across the globe and in the communities we serve. We are closely following the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health authorities across regions for updates on the disease.
The health and safety of employees and the mitigation of potential service disruptions to our clients are top priorities for Workforce Insight.
At this time, we do not anticipate any impact on our ability to continue delivering uninterrupted, world-class service to our clients. Below we have highlighted current protocols and measures in place to support business continuity.
Resilient Remote Infrastructure - As a virtual organization, 100% of our employees operate as a remote workforce as the standard course of business. Our infrastructure offers a natural resilience and the inherent advantage of having robust tools and processes in place to continue business operations and uninterrupted service during times of crisis.
We remain fully prepared to continue supporting our clients remotely. Our collaborative infrastructure is best-in-class, including document sharing, video conferencing, social collaboration channels and cloud-based project management tools.
Staffing Continuity - At this time, all of our employees remain allocated to existing client projects and engagements. We have advised employees to alert us with any concerns related to their personal safety as well as concerns related to their ability to support our clients.
Proactive Communication - Workforce Insight will contact clients by phone or email to alert you with any concerns regarding projects or staffing plans that may be at risk, as well as proposed solutions to ensure uninterrupted service. In the event that members of your project team are impacted or need to be out of work for an extended period due to illness, we will contact you with a plan for the duration of their absence.
Cross-Trained Talent Framework - Our talent framework is deep and extensive, with employees and team members who are cross-trained and available to provide supplemental support as needed. Our collaborative document sharing and record keeping protocols enable resources to quickly step in with minimal disruption.
Precautionary Measures – We have and will continue to arm employees with information and guidelines provided by the World Health Organization to promote self-care and prevention of the spread coronavirus disease, such as frequent hand washing, social distancing and seeking prompt care should symptoms arise. If we gain knowledge of an employee who is showing signs of a respiratory illness, and/or who has had close contact with someone who has likewise traveled or is showing signs of a respiratory illness, we are following the guidance on quarantine set forth by the medical professionals treating that employee.
Travel Restrictions – Our planned participation in large business, partner and industry events have been cancelled through April. Non-essential travel restrictions are being established on an individual and client-specific basis, with focus on remote service as the primary method of client service and support.
Ongoing Monitoring - Workforce Insight will continue to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 virus as we work to ensure the health and safety of our employees and remain committed to providing world-class support to our clients. We will continue addressing and adapting travel guidelines, precautions and communications as appropriate and will provide updates on new protocols we will be implementing.
We are confident in our ability to continue supporting each of our clients through open and collaborative communication. And remain optimistic that we can minimize the impact on employees, clients, partners and the regions we serve.
